Fast Track Dentistry in Lichfield
Fast Track is for patients who already know they want to make a change and are ready to progress. Rather than beginning with a conversation-only consultation and returning later for a full clinical examination, Fast Track brings the key first stages together in one comprehensive appointment — giving Dr Keely the clinical information needed to diagnose, plan and cost your treatment properly.

Ready to Make a Change? Start With Clarity.
Bespoke Private and Cosmetic Dentist in Lichfield | Near Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth and Birmingham
From Ready to Start
Fast Track is built around momentum. We start with the outcome you want, complete the clinical assessment and diagnostics needed to understand your mouth properly, map the most appropriate route forward, and turn that into a clear formal plan. The goal is simple: one comprehensive first appointment that moves you from considering treatment to knowing exactly what happens next.
This is more than a consultation. Fast Track includes a comprehensive new-patient dental examination together with the clinical diagnostics required for your case. That gives us the information needed to assess dental health, bite, existing dentistry and the foundations beneath any cosmetic goals before recommending treatment.
Fast Track is designed for patients who are ready to make decisions. We bring your goals and the clinical findings together, explain the routes available and recommend the treatment — or combination of treatments — that best fits the result you want to achieve.
The outcome is clarity you can act on. You leave with a fully itemised, costed treatment plan setting out the recommended treatment, sequence and next steps. If you are happy with the plan, you are ready to move straight into booking treatment rather than arranging another assessment first.
Ready to get moving? Join our VIP Waitlist and select Fast Track when you register.
We’ll text you a private Fast Track booking link. Open it, see the appointments currently available and choose the time that works for you — there’s no need to wait for the next Smile Consultation release.
A £450 booking fee secures your Fast Track appointment. This comprehensive first visit combines your consultation with Dr Keely, your new-patient dental examination and clinically appropriate diagnostics, with the aim of leaving you with a fully itemised, costed treatment plan — ready to start.
Start With the Outcome
You already know you want to make a change. Fast Track starts there. Tell Dr Keely what you want to achieve, what matters most to you, any previous treatment you have had, and how quickly you would like to move. The appointment is focused from the outset on turning that goal into a clinically sound route forward.

Complete the Clinical Picture
We carry out a comprehensive new-patient dental examination and the diagnostics clinically required for your case. This may include digital scanning, clinical photography, intraoral imaging and X-rays where appropriate. We assess the health of your teeth and gums, your bite, existing dentistry and anything that could influence the safety, sequencing or predictability of treatment.

Map the Route Forward
Once the clinical picture is clear, we bring it together with the result you want. That might mean Invisalign®, whitening, composite bonding, porcelain veneers, restorative dentistry, hygiene care, or a carefully sequenced combination. The aim is not simply to name a treatment — it is to define the right route from where you are now to where you want to be.

Leave With the Plan
This is the defining outcome of Fast Track. You leave with a formal, fully itemised and costed treatment plan setting out the recommended treatment, the sequence, the expected appointments and the investment involved. Because your clinical examination and diagnostics have already been completed, the plan can be based on your actual dental health rather than an initial conversation alone.

Move Straight Into Treatment
If you are happy with the plan, the next step is treatment. There is no need to return simply to complete the new-patient examination before we can formally plan your care. Our team can help arrange the appropriate clinical appointments and get your treatment journey moving.

Know What You Want? Fast Track Your First Appointment
Fast Track is designed for patients who are ready to move. Unlike our Smile Consultation appointments, you do not need to wait for the next appointment release. Once you’ve joined our VIP Waitlist and selected Fast Track, we’ll text you a private booking link so you can see the Fast Track appointments currently available and choose the time that works for you. A £450 booking fee secures your appointment.

Fast Track Dentistry: Your Questions Answered
Understand what Fast Track includes, how it differs from a Smile Consultation, which diagnostics may be needed and what you can expect to leave with.
A comprehensive smile makeover can be much more than placing cosmetic material on a few front teeth.
Some patients need alignment first to put the teeth into a healthier, more natural position. Others may need treatment to stabilise gums or restore damaged teeth before cosmetic work begins. A larger case may then involve whitening and numerous individually planned porcelain restorations.
Using current guide fees, top-tier clear aligner therapy is £6,395 and complex e.max® porcelain work can be £1,495 per tooth. Ten complex porcelain restorations plus top-tier alignment alone can therefore exceed £21,000, before any separate restorative or periodontal care. Fast Track gives you that complete picture early, so a major treatment decision is made with proper financial clarity.
That is one of the central reasons Fast Track exists.
Once Dr Keely has completed the comprehensive examination and the diagnostics required for your case, your recommendations are turned into a fully itemised and costed treatment plan. It sets out the treatment being recommended, the sequence, the anticipated appointments and the fees involved.
If several stages are needed — for example health treatment first, followed by alignment, whitening and restorative work — those stages are brought together into one overall route so you can understand the investment before deciding to start.
Yes. The Dental Barns offers finance options including up to 12 months interest-free (0%) finance, subject to eligibility.
Fast Track is particularly useful if finance is part of your decision because you first receive the complete, itemised treatment plan. That means you can understand the total investment and treatment sequence before deciding whether to pay outright or explore an available finance option.
Finance availability and terms are confirmed separately and are subject to the lender's eligibility criteria.
The answer depends completely on what your examination shows and what you would like to achieve. Fast Track is specifically designed to replace guesswork with a formal, fully itemised plan.
Current guide fees at The Dental Barns include Enlighten® Whitening from £795, composite bonding from £395–£595 per tooth, e.max® porcelain veneers from £995–£1,495 per tooth, and clear aligner treatment at £4,195, £5,295 or £6,395 according to complexity.
A relatively focused smile refinement may therefore involve a few thousand pounds, while a comprehensive multi-stage transformation involving alignment and numerous complex porcelain restorations can move beyond £20,000. The purpose of Fast Track is for you to know your own complete figure before treatment starts rather than relying on a broad online estimate.
A Fast Track appointment is secured with a £450 booking fee.
Fast Track is designed as a comprehensive first visit rather than a conversation-only consultation. It brings together your consultation with Dr Keely, a comprehensive new-patient dental examination and the diagnostics clinically appropriate for your case, so the recommendations and costs can be based on your actual dental health.
Your treatment itself is then set out separately in the fully itemised plan you receive, so you can see exactly what is recommended and what the complete investment would be before choosing whether to proceed.
Yes. The Dental Barns offers finance options, including up to 12 months interest-free finance, subject to eligibility.
We provide your full personalised treatment plan and costs first, so you know the total investment before deciding whether a finance option is right for you. You can also review our dental pricing and guide fees online.
Then those stages are deliberately sequenced rather than treated as separate decisions.
A plan might begin with stabilising gums or repairing a tooth, move into orthodontic alignment, then whitening, and finish with carefully selected composite or porcelain work. The correct order can make later stages more conservative and predictable.
Your Fast Track plan is intended to show that complete route, including why each stage comes when it does, so you can understand the journey before committing to it.
If you are happy with the plan, Fast Track is designed so you can move directly into arranging the appropriate treatment appointments.
You do not need to return simply to complete the comprehensive new-patient examination before a formal plan can be made, because that assessment has already formed part of Fast Track.
The actual treatment start date still depends on the clinical sequence and appointment availability. If health treatment needs to come first, that will be reflected in the order of bookings.
Fast Track is best suited to patients who already know they want to make a meaningful change and are ready to invest the time and cost required to move forward with private treatment.
You do not need to know the exact treatment you need. You may be considering Invisalign®, composite bonding, porcelain veneers, whitening, restorative dentistry or a combination. What matters is that you are ready for the clinical assessment, a clear recommendation and a formal plan.
If you are still at the stage of exploring what might be possible and would prefer to begin with a conversation, our Smile Consultation remains an excellent first step.

Unlike a Smile Consultation, you do not need to wait for the next consultation release. Fast Track uses its own available appointment slots and is designed for patients who are ready to progress now.
The defining outcome of Fast Track is a formal, fully itemised and costed treatment plan.
Your plan sets out the recommended treatment, the order in which the stages should happen, the expected appointments and the costs involved. Dr Keely will explain the reasoning behind the plan so you understand both the destination and the route to get there.
If you are happy with the recommendation, you can move directly into arranging treatment rather than booking another appointment simply to complete the new-patient assessment.
The exact diagnostics depend on what is clinically appropriate for your mouth and the treatment you are considering.
Your Fast Track appointment includes a comprehensive new-patient dental examination and may include digital scanning, clinical photography, intraoral imaging and dental X-rays where clinically required. We also assess your teeth, gums, bite, existing restorations and any factors that could affect the safety or sequencing of treatment.
The purpose is to collect the information needed to plan your treatment properly rather than using a standard set of tests for every patient.
A formal dental treatment plan needs to be based on a proper clinical examination and the relevant diagnostic information, not simply a conversation about the appearance of your smile.
A Smile Consultation is intentionally designed as an exploratory appointment. It can help identify possible directions and give you a much clearer understanding of what may be achievable, but it is not a substitute for a comprehensive dental examination.
Fast Track brings that examination and the required diagnostics into the first appointment, allowing the recommendations and costs to be based on your actual dental health, bite and existing dentistry.
Fast Track is a comprehensive first appointment for patients who already know they want to make a change and are ready to move forward.
It combines the conversation about your goals with a full new-patient dental examination and the diagnostics clinically required for your case. That gives Dr Keely the information needed to move beyond broad possibilities and create a formal, fully itemised and costed treatment plan.
The aim is for you to leave knowing what is recommended, why, what order treatment should happen in and what the complete investment will be — ready to start if you choose to proceed.
Smile makeover treatment at The Dental Barns is led by Dr Keely Thorne, Principal Dentist and Co-Founder of the practice.
Her approach focuses on natural, face-driven results and minimally invasive dentistry wherever possible. The same attention to detail runs from your initial planning through treatment and follow-up.
Yes. Predictability is an important part of our Smile Design approach.
Depending on the treatment, we use digital scanning, photography and smile design technology to help you understand the proposed result before treatment begins. For porcelain veneer cases, additional trial stages may also be used before the final result is completed.
We take a face-driven approach to Smile Design.
Your teeth are considered in the context of your lips, smile line, facial proportions, tooth display and the way your face moves when you speak and smile. That wider context influences decisions around alignment, tooth length, shape, proportion, shade and how much restorative treatment is appropriate.
The aim is not to create an isolated set of 'perfect teeth'. It is to create a smile that belongs naturally within your face.
Very often, yes.
If a tooth is rotated, crowded or sitting too far forward, trying to disguise its position with bonding or porcelain can create unnecessary thickness or require more reduction of natural tooth. Moving the tooth into a better position first can create the space and proportions needed for a much more conservative restoration.
That is why alignment is considered as part of the finished smile rather than as a completely separate treatment. Sometimes the most natural restorative result is achieved by doing less to the teeth after they have first been positioned properly.
That is completely compatible with our approach. A beautiful smile does not need to be extremely white, perfectly symmetrical or stripped of every natural detail.
We can discuss how bright you would like the smile to feel, how much character you want to retain and the shapes or features you particularly like about your existing teeth. Natural variation in translucency, texture, line angles and proportions can be deliberately preserved or recreated.
Your preferences are part of the design process, with Dr Keely guiding you on what will sit most naturally with your face and existing smile.
Natural is the starting point of our Smile Design philosophy.
Fast Track does not begin by choosing a product or trying to make every tooth perfectly uniform. Dr Keely considers tooth position, proportions, lip movement, facial features, bite, translucency, texture and the character already present in your smile.
Where possible, we prefer to preserve and reposition your own teeth first, then use whitening, composite or porcelain only where those additions genuinely improve the result. The objective is a smile that looks healthy, balanced and unmistakably yours — not one that looks obviously treated.
There is no single treatment that always looks the most natural. Natural appearance comes from choosing the right treatment and designing it well.
Sometimes the most natural result is simply straightening the existing teeth with Invisalign® and whitening them. Small shape changes can often be achieved beautifully with composite bonding. Where porcelain is appropriate, genuine e.max® veneers can reproduce enamel translucency and texture extremely well.
Our preference is always to preserve as much of your own healthy smile as possible and enhance it rather than replace its character.
Absolutely. Your input is central to the Smile Design process.
You can show us smiles you like, discuss tooth shape, brightness, length and character, and tell us what you definitely do not want. We will then guide you on how those ideas are likely to work with your own facial features, lip line, bite and existing teeth.
Some styles that look beautiful on one person can feel unnatural on another, so we will always be honest about what we think will suit you best. The final design is collaborative — your preferences combined with our clinical and aesthetic guidance.
Yes — our signature style is natural.
We aim for smiles that look healthy, balanced and beautifully suited to the person rather than obviously 'done'. That philosophy sits at the heart of our Smile Design approach and treatments such as composite bonding and e.max® porcelain veneers.
We pay close attention to proportion, translucency, texture, tooth shape, lip movement and the relationship between the smile and the face. The goal is not to make everyone look the same. It is to create a result that feels like the best version of your own smile.
Yes. We welcome patients travelling from overseas for Smile Design and cosmetic dentistry.
The Dental Barns is conveniently positioned for Birmingham Airport (BHX) and our Lichfield location is well connected to the UK road network. For international guests, we can offer a concierge-style service to help coordinate arrival, appointment planning and local accommodation where needed.
For larger cases, we also plan the clinical stages carefully around travel so that appointments are grouped as efficiently as possible while still allowing the time and follow-up the treatment requires. Contact us to discuss an international treatment journey.
Very private. For patients who place a particularly high value on discretion, continuity and certainty, we can create a highly personalised package around their visit.
This can include exclusive access arrangements at the practice and within the Blackbrook Barns courtyard, carefully coordinated appointment times and contingency planning using backup equipment wherever possible. Our Blackbrook Barns location is naturally well suited to this because it is away from a busy high street.
It is particularly suited to people with demanding schedules, public-facing roles or limited flexibility who need peace of mind that every part of their visit has been thought through in advance.
These arrangements are bespoke, so please contact The Dental Barns to discuss them privately.

At The Dental Barns, we combine digital smile planning, 3D scanning, detailed photography, premium materials and long appointment times in a boutique setting at Blackbrook Barns.
Our aim is to offer the level of detail and experience people often associate with destination cosmetic clinics, without needing to travel into a major city.
1. A Sanctuary Away from the High Street
While most practices are tucked away in busy town centres, The Dental Barns is set within the tranquil beauty of Blackbrook Farm. Surrounded by open fields and historic farm buildings, our practice offers a peaceful, rural sanctuary that immediately lowers your heart rate. Forget the clinical, sterile atmosphere of the city; here, you can prepare for your Smile Design journey in a calm environment that feels more like a retreat than a dentist’s office.
2. Total Privacy and Absolute Discretion
Luxury dentistry requires a level of focus and privacy that high-street clinics often struggle to provide. Our location is deliberately secluded, ensuring your visits remain entirely confidential. There is no "window shopping" or crowded waiting rooms; instead, you enjoy a private, bespoke experience from the moment you turn off the main road.
3. Stress-Free Arrival with Ample Free Parking
The biggest hurdle of a city-centre appointment is the arrival. We have eliminated that stress entirely with ample, private on-site parking just steps from our door. Whether you are driving the 11-12 minutes from Sutton Coldfield or Tamworth, your commute is direct and your parking is guaranteed. You can arrive with time to breathe, enjoy the view of the brook, and step into your appointment feeling refreshed and ready for your transformation.
Unlike a bustling high-street practice, our setting in a rural, rustic barn offers a peaceful retreat where the noise of the city fades away. Tucked away off the main road, our clinic provides a calm, stress-free environment with countryside views, ensuring your appointment feels like a relaxing escape rather than a clinical chore.
We are conveniently located just 9.6 miles from Sutton Coldfield town centre, typically a 14-minute drive or less. Our rural practice at WS14 0PS is easily accessible via a direct route down the A38 or London Road, making us a popular "destination dentist" for patients in Four Oaks, Little Aston, and Mere Green.
At The Dental Barns in Lichfield, we’ve reimagined what private dentistry can feel like. Our patients choose us not just for results, but for the calm, luxurious experience that surrounds every visit. From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the difference — a spa-like environment, thoughtful design, and a team that takes time to understand you. Our exclusive VIP approach means appointments are unhurried, comfort is prioritised, and advanced digital technology ensures precision in every treatment.
Whether you visit for Invisalign, composite bonding, veneers, or gentle hygiene therapy, every detail is considered — from the heated anaesthetic to the aromatherapy scents that make our space feel like home. Transparency, trust, and technology underpin everything we do, allowing patients to relax knowing they’re in expert hands.
Our Why VIP philosophy is simple: world-class dentistry, delivered with warmth, calm, and integrity. It’s why so many of our patients travel from across Staffordshire and the West Midlands to experience The Dental Barns difference.
