How often should I book hygiene appointments?
It depends on your individual needs, but most patients benefit from a visit every 3 to 6 months. We’ll let you know what’s best for you and create a plan that supports your long-term oral health.

Not at all. We use warm water and gentle Airflow® technology, so there’s no scraping or cold blasts. Most patients are surprised by how comfortable — even enjoyable — the experience is.
Will it whiten my teeth?

Yes, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit when booking treatments. This allows us to prepare materials in advance and dedicate the appropriate time and space within the practice just for you.
We completely understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you’re unwell or something unexpected comes up, just let us know as soon as you can. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice where possible, as this time is reserved exclusively for you. If less notice is given, we may not be able to refund your deposit—but we’ll always do our best to be fair.
We’ll always be clear about how much time to set aside. Our appointments are carefully planned with a little more time than usual, so we can go at your pace. We simply ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to settle in.
