The Signature Assessment ✦ brings Comprehensive Examination & Smile Design together with Dr Keely Thorne. It includes clinically appropriate diagnostics and time to discuss your dental health, function, concerns and goals, whether you are considering cosmetic changes, restorative care or the ongoing health of your mouth.
We go through your itemised treatment plan and costs on the day. A personalised written report follows afterwards, expanding on the findings, reasoning and proposed stages of care. You do not need to have chosen a treatment or decided to proceed with one.
£450 total, with a £225 deposit. The deposit secures your assessment and is deducted from the total fee, leaving a £225 balance.

The process begins with an in-practice desensitising treatment, followed by a gradual, three-week at-home whitening programme. Keeping your Enlighten® smile bright should feel simple. Our Enlighten® Whitening Maintenance pack is designed for existing whitening patients who already have well-fitting trays and would like to refresh their result safely at home.
Your maintenance gel is supplied through The Dental Barns following a recent dental examination, ensuring your teeth and gums remain healthy and suitable for whitening. You can choose from the current Enlighten® EVO4 gel options — 10% Carbamide Peroxide, 16% Carbamide Peroxide or 6% Hydrogen Peroxide — with your dentist confirming the most appropriate option and wear regime for you.
Every syringe is kept refrigerated at The Dental Barns until collection and supplied with a cool pack to help maintain the cold chain on the journey home. We also include Enlighten® aftercare products to help minimise sensitivity and keep your smile looking fresh between top-ups.
A dental examination within the previous 6 months is required before whitening gel can be supplied.
