How long does Invisalign take?
Most treatments take between 6 to 18 months, depending on your case. We’ll give you a clear timeframe after your scan and planning, with progress tracked weekly using DentalMonitoring.
Do I need to come in often?Not usually?
Thanks to DentalMonitoring, we check in on you digitally every week—so regular visits aren’t needed unless something comes up. And if you ever have a question, you can message us anytime.
What happens after treatment?
We’ll review everything together and, once you’re happy, begin Enlighten® Whitening. You’ll be fitted with premium retainers—Vivera® or TruGEN™ XR—to protect your results long-term.

Yes, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit when booking treatments. This allows us to prepare materials in advance and dedicate the appropriate time and space within the practice just for you.
We completely understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you’re unwell or something unexpected comes up, just let us know as soon as you can. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice where possible, as this time is reserved exclusively for you. If less notice is given, we may not be able to refund your deposit—but we’ll always do our best to be fair.
We’ll always be clear about how much time to set aside. Our appointments are carefully planned with a little more time than usual, so we can go at your pace. We simply ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to settle in.
The dentist you’ve met and who has designed your treatment plan will be the one to carry it out—no surprises. We believe continuity builds trust, so you’ll always know who is looking after you.
Yes—we offer interest-free finance for up to 12 months on most treatments, making it easier to spread the cost. All finance options are subject to approval with our trusted lending partners.
We’ll be clear from the start. Your dentist will guide you through the options and provide a quote based on the complexity of your case and your desired outcome. You’re paying for a result, not guesswork—so once agreed, costs are fixed.
Some treatments are guaranteed, and others are not—but we’ll always be clear with you. Where guarantees do apply, ongoing care such as regular hygiene visits may be essential to keep them valid. It’s all part of working together to protect your results.
