We use a bespoke, comfortable whitening tray, combined with desensitising agents and a course of three expertly balanced whitening gels — all designed to deliver brighter results with minimal sensitivity.
The process begins with a state-of-the-art 3D scan for perfect accuracy, followed by the creation of your custom trays, an in-surgery desensitising treatment, and a tailored at-home whitening course, finishing with a review to ensure exceptional results.
Teeth whitening enhances the internal shade of your teeth, but surface stains can still build up — regular hygiene visits and a polishing toothpaste will help keep your smile looking its brightest.
Can I eat what I like during treatment?
Unlike other whitening regimes, Enlighten® requires no dietary restrictions — you can continue enjoying dark foods and drinks throughout.
How long does the treatment take?

Yes, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit when booking treatments. This allows us to prepare materials in advance and dedicate the appropriate time and space within the practice just for you.
We completely understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you’re unwell or something unexpected comes up, just let us know as soon as you can. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice where possible, as this time is reserved exclusively for you. If less notice is given, we may not be able to refund your deposit—but we’ll always do our best to be fair.
We’ll always be clear about how much time to set aside. Our appointments are carefully planned with a little more time than usual, so we can go at your pace. We simply ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to settle in.
The dentist you’ve met and who has designed your treatment plan will be the one to carry it out—no surprises. We believe continuity builds trust, so you’ll always know who is looking after you.
Yes—we offer interest-free finance for up to 12 months on most treatments, making it easier to spread the cost. All finance options are subject to approval with our trusted lending partners.
We’ll be clear from the start. Your dentist will guide you through the options and provide a quote based on the complexity of your case and your desired outcome. You’re paying for a result, not guesswork—so once agreed, costs are fixed.
Some treatments are guaranteed, and others are not—but we’ll always be clear with you. Where guarantees do apply, ongoing care such as regular hygiene visits may be essential to keep them valid. It’s all part of working together to protect your results.
